Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ViralSeeker. By subscribing or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

ViralSeeker (“ViralSeeker”, “we”, “us”) is a subscription tool that provides access to a curated, searchable library (a “swipe file”) of publicly available short-form social-media content, together with automated, AI-generated analysis (hook breakdowns, patterns, and commentary). It is an informational and research tool. We do not guarantee any particular result, reach, or outcome from using it.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information.
Your login (email + password) is personal to you. Keep it secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
One account per subscriber. Do not share, resell, or transfer access.

3. Subscription, billing & price

ViralSeeker’s standard price is $49 USD per month. It is currently offered at a discounted launch price of $29 USD per month, billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe.
Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Your price is locked for as long as your subscription stays active. If we change the standard price in future, that change applies only to new subscribers — the price you subscribed at will never increase while your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the then-current price applies.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel at any time, directly from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month, and you keep full access until then — no notice period required.
Because ViralSeeker is a digital service delivered immediately, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time.

EU / Spanish consumers — right of withdrawal. Digital services normally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. By subscribing and gaining immediate access, you expressly request that the service begin right away and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once access starts (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16; Spanish RD-Leg. 1/2007). Your mandatory statutory consumer rights are otherwise unaffected.

5. Third-party content & intellectual property

The videos, thumbnails, captions, and creator details shown in ViralSeeker are publicly available material created by third parties and remain the property of their respective owners. We index and present them, with our own analysis and commentary, for research, educational, and analytical purposes.

ViralSeeker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or any creator featured. Our compilation, curation, analysis, software, and branding are ViralSeeker’s intellectual property; you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own reference while subscribed.

6. Takedown & removal requests

If you are a rights holder and believe content should be removed, email support@viralseeker.com with the link, a description of the material, and confirmation of your rights. We review and act on valid requests promptly.

7. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, bulk-export, republish, or resell ViralSeeker’s data, analysis, or library.
Do not reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to bypass the paywall or access controls.
Do not use the service to break the law or any social platform’s own terms.

8. AI analysis disclaimer

Analysis, breakdowns, and suggestions are AI-generated and provided “as is”, for information only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional, marketing, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee that acting on them will make your content perform or “go viral”.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish or EU law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms (for example, sharing access or scraping our data). You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; we’ll post the new version here and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continuing to use ViralSeeker after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

ViralSeeker is operated by Omar Hassan, an autónomo (self-employed sole trader) registered in Spain, NIE Y7702940R, registered address Calle Ecuador 11, Bajo A, 04740 Roquetas de Mar, Almería, Spain. Contact: support@viralseeker.com. This is our provider identification for the purposes of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI).
